I raised three children, for part of that journey as a single mother, while continuing to pursue my professional career.
It wasn't always easy. But alongside everything I learned in business, leadership and life, my children gave me something no professional experience ever could: a deeper understanding of what truly matters.
They challenged my perspectives, shaped my values and taught me lessons I might otherwise never have learned. And they continue to do so.
And now, I have become a grandmother.
My grandson was born 8,508 kilometres away. Yet somehow, despite the distance, I felt a closeness and connection I could never have imagined.
A new life. A new generation. And another beautiful reminder that growth takes many forms.
It made me reflect on something I have believed for a long time: personal growth doesn't follow a straight line. It happens through experiences, relationships, challenges, transitions and sometimes the smallest moments.
And it never really stops.
One week later, I feel ready to bring something of my own into the world: Cadencea®.
Cadencea brings together what has shaped me throughout my life: my experience in international business and leadership, my passion for human development, and my belief in the powerful connection between physical and mental wellbeing.
My vision is to create a space where people can turn at different moments in their lives – to pause, reflect, move, explore new perspectives and find professional support.
A space that welcomes people as they are, wherever they may be in their personal or professional journey.
A place for awareness, genuine attention and meaningful connection. Where physical movement and mental development complement one another, and where growth happens at each person's own pace.
Because sometimes we need to move forward.
Sometimes we need to rethink.
And sometimes we simply need to recognise what is already worth keeping.
